- Support the day-to-day operations of the Harry Potter Visions of Magic Experience.
- Manage, schedule, and supervise part-timers and interns to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including preparing reports.
- Provide basic Level 1 technical troubleshooting for interactive stations.
- Assign daily duty stations and brief part-time hosts before shifts.
- Assist with coordination and facilitation of VIP visits.
- Manage guest flow and queue lines for attractions.
- Support and guide guests in the use of interactive stations.
- Ensure consistently positive visitor experiences through professional guest service.
Required Education and Experience:
- Prior experience in entertainment, exhibitions, hospitality, or large-scale events.
- Interest or aptitude in event planning, retail, logistics, or related management fields.
- Responsible, resilient, and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- High integrity and ability to manage confidential data.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Experience managing people in a customer-facing environment preferred.
Salary: SGD 2,600 - 3,000/month
