To assist and support the Operations Manager to lead and organize site Operations Team to ensure safety, daily routine, periodic schedule and manpower are available to meet contract standards and requirements.
- OE will work closely with the OMs to lead and organise site operations
- OE will learn about manpower deployment and scheduling to help develop cleaning service operations work plans in line with contract standards and requirements
- OE will attend meetings, respond to customer feedback forexpeditious closure of feedback
- OE will learn about Workplace Safety and Health Practices so as to ensure safety measures are in place on site
- OE may be assigned to oversee multiple sites and will be expected to communicate effectively with key stakeholders as part of his role in performing the duties of an OE
