We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations Executive to support business operations, commercial projects and regional activities across our beauty and wellness businesses.

The role works closely with Management and coordinates across outlets, suppliers, logistics partners and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Management in commercial, operational and special projects.
• Coordinate projects across HQ, outlets, suppliers and external partners, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
• Support regional operations, including import/export, shipments and logistics documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers on quotations, production, product development, packaging and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate new product and treatment development from planning through launch.
• Support product registration, regulatory documentation and market requirements where necessary.
• Assist with sales initiatives, promotions, product launches, events and marketing materials.
• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals and other management materials.
• Track outstanding matters and proactively follow through with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial/business operations; beauty, wellness, FMCG or consumer products experience is preferred.
• Experience in import/export, logistics or regional operations is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently.
• Resourceful, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and partners.
• Roles are open to Singaporeans at the moment
