Plan and deploy daily transport activities and drivers while assigning and controlling trucking distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Ensure proper documentation is submitted within schedule.
Ensure job requests are clearly disseminated to drivers and ground issues are properly coordinated.
Oversee and manage a fleet of drivers to ensure safe handling and delivery of customers cargo.
Communicate with customers to answer their queries.
Provide quotation for rates.
Ensure strict safety compliances
Requirement:
A dynamic team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in manpower deployment and equipment handling.
Independent, highly motivated and self-driven to initiate and implement processes.
