Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational planning and workforce deployment to ensure efficient utilisation of manpower and resources
Work closely with the General Manager to execute operational plans and meet project schedules
Monitor job progress and ensure all assignments are completed within stipulated timelines
Liaise with clients on deployment arrangements and operational requirements
Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers to support service delivery
Coordinate logistics support for deployed workers, including transportation and meal arrangements
Manage and schedule company vehicles and drivers to support operational needs
Collaborate with Commercial and Purchasing departments to support job execution and material readiness
Ensure technicians are properly equipped with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with safety requirements
Job Requirements
Minimum Higher Nitec / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in a relevant field
At least 2 years of relevant operations or deployment experience
Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing operational priorities
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams
