Job Responsibilities
. Manage end-to-end order processing for overseas customers, including quotations, order confirmation, and logistic coordination.
. Liaise with international customers and internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
. Prepare, review, and submit trade documentation such as permits, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and health certificates in compliance with regulatory requirements.
. Coordinate closely with logistics partners and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and monitor delivery timelines.
. Track sales and purchase data across different markets and provide demand forecasts to support procurement planning.
. Provide post-sales support, including handling customer inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and communicating feedback to brand principals.
. Support customers with product registration processes, including documentation and coordination with brand principals or manufacturers.
. Continuously identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
