Job Summary

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company, enabling effective sales and operational activities within a small, dynamic fine food distribution company.

Details
We are looking for a Senior to Manager-level Operations Executive to help support sales and operations activities.

Order Processing

- Order Processing: Ensure orders are arranged, delivered and invoiced accurately to customers in the most efficient manners and with maximum customer satisfaction.

- Customer Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails from customers, providing clear and helpful information when necessary.

- Order Monitoring: Track customer orders and monitor sell-through rates to maintain continuous stock availability.

- Inventory Management: Order and manage supplies to ensure operational efficiency.

- Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with various teams to meet delivery schedules and minimize credit risks.

- Shipment Co-ordination : Ensure incoming shipments have the necessary documents from suppliers and that all relevant permits, licenses and inspections are arranged for these, if any,

- Usage and Inventory Monitoring: Make sure inventory is enough for usage and also not overstocked for slower-moving items.

- General administration and any other duties as instructed by the director.

Role Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Proficiency in analytical, numerical, and Excel skills.

- A commercial mindset focused on identifying and implementing effective solutions.

- Responsible person with some leadership qualities to solve problems if necessary.

Notes:
Training will be provided to familiarize candidate with the role.
