We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated Operations Executive to join our highly talented team in a fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Your must possess a Class 3 driving license
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Act as the key contact point for clients, vendors, and partners.
- Prepare reports
- Coordinate with drivers and customer service teams
- Receive, check, and organize incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Label, sort, and store items properly for easy retrieval.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Documentation & System Updates
- Record goods received and dispatched accurately.
- Update inventory systems or manual records when required.
- Operate basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely.
- Double as back up driver as and when required.
Requirements:
- Possess initiative and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills ability to multi-task effectively.
- Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
- Must have a valid Class 3 driving license to support on-site deliveries or logistics when required.
- Warehouse operations knowledge or experience will be an advantage.
