We are looking for a committed operations executive for our PainAway outlet:
What You'll Do:
- Deliver excellent customer service and experience
- Manage new bookings and scheduling and assignment of bookings to various therapists.
- Accurately handle billing and payment processes.
- Answer phone calls and carry out outbound communications to increase bookings.
- Ensure efficient operations.
- 4 work days per week. Work hours: 10am to 10pm
