Manage operational matters and administrative workflows for assigned projects, collaborating closely with clinical staff and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
Support project manager in developing plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
Ensure end-to-end execution of projects, including setting of up systems and operational requirements to facilitate patient experience for both onsite and offsite projects.
Optimise manpower utilisation based on client's requirements.
Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing and collection processes.
Monitor and track generation of reports to clients.
Conduct briefing and training to front-liners to ensure alignment of processes.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the service delivery of projects.
Support the Operations team and assist in duties as may be assigned.
