Job Summary
Support and lead daily inbound warehouse operations to ensure efficient goods receiving, returns processing, and inventory management. Monitor performance, coordinate teams, and maintain compliance with safety and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inbound warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and timely processing of goods
- Manage inbound activities including receiving goods, processing returns, conducting inspections, and updating warehouse management systems accurately
- Lead and coordinate the inbound team to achieve operational efficiency and meet service standards consistently
- Monitor operational performance against KPIs and implement targeted improvements to enhance productivity
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external parties to resolve inventory discrepancies, returns issues, and operational inquiries promptly
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, exceptional cases, and ad-hoc operational issues to maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare and maintain monthly operational and performance reports for management review to support data-driven decisions
- Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and record management for easy retrieval and audit compliance
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and enforce workplace safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Support manpower planning, staff training, and shift operations to maintain team readiness and operational continuity
Required competencies and certifications
- Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse processes to support efficient operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems to manage data and workflows effectively
