Responsibilities

. Assist in coordinating daily production activities to ensure production targets are met
. Monitor work flow and production schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
. Support in managing manpower allocation and work assignments
. Monitor production output and report operational issues promptly
. Assist in conducting routine inspections and audits of production areas
. Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operational records
. Conduct regular housekeeping checks to ensure a clean and organized work environment
. Order and monitor factory supplies, drinking water, pantry items, and stationery

Skills/Requirements

. Diploma in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
. 1-2years of experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations preferred
. Basic knowledge of production processes, inventory control
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure

. Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30
. Location: Tuas South
. AWS
. Annual Leave - 15 days with additional 1 day per year up to 20 days
