Position Title: Operations Executive (Discipline and Safety)
Contract Period: 01 January 2026 31 December 2026
Working Hours
The Personnel Shall Be Deployed As Follows
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Inclusive of 60 minutes lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Inclusive of 60 minutes lunch break 8 hours of work)
- Service is not required on: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The personnel must be competent to perform the following duties:
Administrative and Communication Support
- Liaise with parents and students on discipline-related matters, including late coming and behavioural concerns.
- Prepare discipline-related reports and data for HOD/Student Management (e.g., late coming, absenteeism, behavioural records).
On-Ground Discipline Support
- Perform duties including canteen supervision, detention duty, and patrolling.
- Manage students on detention or in-house suspension, ensuring adherence to school rules and proper engagement in assigned tasks.
Event and General Support
- Support school events and activities when required.
- Handle administrative tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Key Personnel.
Qualifications & Skills
The Ideal Candidate Should Preferably Possess
- Experience working in a secondary school environment.
- Experience in law enforcement agencies (e.g., SPF or CNB) is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in student management or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with students.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
