Our client is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee post-fixture activities for CPP tanker vessels. This role ensures smooth voyage execution, regulatory compliance, and strong coordination with stakeholders across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all post-fixture operations of CPP tankers, including port calls, loading/discharge, bunkering, and voyage monitoring.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle voyage documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor voyage progress, address operational issues, and support claims handling.
- Ensure HSSE and regulatory standards are adhered to at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide operational support and strengthen client relationships.
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Maritime Studies or related discipline.
- 3 years experience in CPP tanker operations.
- Knowledge of clean petroleum cargo handling and voyage charter parties.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to manage global stakeholders across time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of maritime platforms is a plus.
- Seafaring experience or background in chemical/CPP tankers is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
