Job Description
- Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness in various establishments
- Coordinate with vendors and on building maintenance & cleaning services
- SupervIsion of cleaning services
- Reporting of irregularities to site manager
- Manage stock level and maintain inventory
- Conduct tools box briefings for site staff
- Conduct regular inpection with clients
- Prepare of monthly reports for staff meetings and note taking
- Ensure compliance of safety practices and other regulations
- Provide high standard to meet clients requirement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in smilar capacity
- Good knowledge in buildings and environmental cleaning
- Able to interact with all levels and a good team player
- PC literate
