Job Scope:
- To provide day-to-day office administrative activities and logistics within the Central Digital Assurance Division tosupport the auditors and audit managers.
- Facilitating security and technical clearance for external auditors.
- Arrange logistics for audit meetings and briefing sessions.
- Conduct polls via e-mails, collate, analyse and present poll results.
- Manage replies to audit-related email queries, including collating response into FAQ.
- Track, verify and process invoices to support the division's financial operations.
- Assist with Digital Government Platform (DGP) related tasks and initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as assigned e.g. data entry, form filling, data verification, registration for events etc.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in business administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or program management.
- Demonstrated interest in or exposure to product management principles, methodologies, and practices
- Experience in planning and executing events,workshops, or training programmes.
Skills
- Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and data analysis for tracking programme effectiveness
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in event logistics and project coordination.
Working Hours: Discussed with supervisor (42 hrs/week)
Contract Period: 1 year (Feb 2026 to Jan 2027)
