The role supports the Central Digital Assurance Division by providing day-to-day administrative and logistical support to auditors and audit managers.
Facilitate security and technical clearances for external auditors.
Coordinate and arrange logistics for audit meetings, briefings, and related sessions.
Conduct email-based polls, including collating, analysing, and presenting poll results.
Manage and respond to audit-related email queries, including consolidating responses into FAQs.
Track, verify, and process invoices to support the division's financial operations.
Assist with Digital Government Platform (DGP)-related tasks and initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required, including data entry, form completion, data verification, and event or programme registrations.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in office administration, community management, event coordination, communications, or programme management.
Experience in planning and executing meetings, events, workshops, or training programmes.
Demonstrated interest in, or exposure to, product or programme management principles, methodologies, and practices is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools, communication platforms, and basic data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a structured and organised manner.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
