Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily catering and event operations

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution

  • Prepare event operational plans, manpower deployment, and logistics arrangements

  • Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely setup and teardown of events

  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational supplies

  • Handle on-site event supervision when required

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards

  • Prepare operational reports and post-event evaluations

  • Support operations planning during peak periods and large-scale events

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Events Management, or related fields

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, events, catering, or hospitality preferred

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willing to work flexible hours depending on event schedules

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
