Role Description

Glitch is seeking an experienced professional to take on a versatile role that combines the responsibilities of Operations Director, Marketing Manager, and Business Development Executive. This is a part-time, remote opportunity. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, develop marketing strategies, and spearhead business development initiatives. Specific responsibilities include managing operations to ensure efficiency, analyzing and improving workflows, leading and mentoring the team, developing and managing budgets, and building strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and decision-making
• Experience in Team Management, mentorship, and fostering team collaboration
• Knowledge of Budgeting, including planning, allocation, and monitoring
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to engage and build relationships
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Adaptability to remote work and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in technology, AI, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
