Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. The Operations Director / Marketing Manager / Business Development Executive will oversee operational processes, manage budgets, lead teams, and enhance customer experience. Additionally, the role involves developing strategies to advance marketing efforts and seeking out new business opportunities for growth and collaboration.

• Proficient in Budgeting and Analytical Skills to drive efficiency and optimize resources
• Excellent Customer Service abilities and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven track record in business development and managing stakeholder relationships effectively
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience within the creative or professional services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
