Key responsibilities
- Spearhead long-term financial planning processes and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance and business units to ensure all initiatives are on track.
- Address operations issues and supervise operations team, ensuring compliance and process execution.
- Provide strategic/operations advisory and reporting to senior management team.
- Manage programs and operations budgets.
Key requirements
- Masters in Business or Finance related studies.
- A plus if there is specialisation in relevant green sector technical qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years of regional management experience in the full spectrum of operations, including carbon financing.
- Proven experience in managing and leading regional teams.
- Committed to problem-solving and handling challenging issues.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven organizational, leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced in corporate governance and hands-on strategic management.
