about the job
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on operations leader to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing and supply chain. You will:
- Lead and optimize manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and logistics functions to drive efficiency and growth.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain top-quality standards.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and commercial teams to support new product launches and business expansion.
- Drive capacity growth initiatives, technology adoption, and operational innovation.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- 8-15 years of operational leadership experience, ideally in food ingredients or food manufacturing.
- Proven track record in manufacturing, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Aability to drive operational efficiency, execute growth strategies, and lead high-performing teams.
- Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the China market is highly preferred.
