Comooz (comooz.sg) is a fast-growing healthcare company in Singapore focused on sleep apnea diagnosis and CPAP therapy. We are looking for a reliable Operations Controller to take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring that customer requests, appointments, deliveries, and internal coordination are properly handled. Your role is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming customer chats and step in for escalations when needed
- Ensure all scheduled appointments are confirmed and completed
- Coordinate with operations staff for delivery, setup, and collection of devices
- Track customer progress from enquiry to appointment to service completion
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels
- Coordinate and place orders with suppliers when needed
- Handle scheduling conflicts and customer requests
- Ensure all tasks are followed through and completed properly
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, administration, customer service, or coordination roles
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and simple systems
- Good communication skills and able to speak with customers when needed
Nice to Have (not required):
- Experience in healthcare, clinic operations, or logistics
- Experience handling scheduling or coordination roles

Salary
$3,000 - $4,000 per month
