Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce coordination
  • Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and schedules
  • Monitor project progress and report updates, delays, or issues to the Project Manager
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers
  • Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards
  • Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly
  • Maintain site records, daily reports, and documentation
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
  • Support project planning and scheduling activities when required
