Job Description
Company Description
BugleRock Capital Pte. Ltd. (formerly o3 Capital Advisors Pte. Ltd.) is the International Multi-Family Office and Asset Management division of BugleRock Holdings, a leading Wealth and Asset Management group with over US $4 billion in Assets Under Service. Based in Singapore, the firm serves high-net-worth families and institutions with comprehensive wealth management and investment solutions. Team members benefit from working in a dynamic, internationally oriented environment with exposure to sophisticated financial products and global markets.
Role Summary
This role provides administrative and coordination support to the Risk & Compliance and Operations functions at BRCPL, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. The successful candidate will handle documentation, data entry, tracking, and correspondence, and will be expected to run these tasks with minimal oversight given prior experience in a similar environment, acting as a dependable right hand who executes reliably and helps build out process, rather than someone looking to own strategy independently.
BRCPL is a boutique wealth and asset management business, the team is small and the candidate should be comfortable working directly with senior staff, picking up tasks outside a strict job description, and adapting as priorities shift, rather than operating within a large, process-heavy back office.
