Operations Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

. Update liquid loading schedules, weighing ticket/ Certificate Of Conformance

. Data entry for Delivery Order in SAP system

. Prepare GRN and stock report

. (ISO-Route Card) Liquid from VST to LGC

. Record daily LGC refilling (In & out)

. Monthly LGC movement report to Accounts for billing

. The daily record of the VST balance liquid

. Prepare monthly liquid loss report

. Good Issue (SAP)(ISO-Route Card) liquid from ISO tank to Vertical Storage Tank (VST)

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Preferable candidate possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

• Knowledge SAP is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

• Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm (alternate)

• Singaporean only may apply
