Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

• For wholesale cars trade in, manage movement, locations.
• Fuel refilling (at minimum) if fuel gauge is too low to be driven.
• Updates on wholesale car locations.
• Support the smooth and efficient operation of parking, drivers.
• Co-ordinate with wholesale operation and admin team on wholesale car movement
• Co-ordinate with appraisal team for any missing items.
• Assist in stock take, any audit requirements, renewals, if needed
• Maintain accuracy of vehicle locations updates
• Ensure accurate number plates ordering

Requirements:

• Class 3 driving licence is mandatory
• Related working experience with good driving record
• 2 positions available
• Working locations at Alexandra, working time: 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 12.30pm Alt Sat
