Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will assist in the kitchen operations:
- Prepare and cook simple items (porridge, rice) and prepare sandwiches
- Plate food and beverage (once vendor delivered cooked food) for the residents and staff
- Clean and wash dishes, crockery and utensils with dishwashing machines
- Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils and trollies
- Unload dishes and utensils from the dishwashing machines and organize them properly
- Assist to empty trash containers
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen with regular sweeping and mopping as needed
- Perform any other reasonable related duties as directed by the Supervisor and Chief Executive Officer
Requirement:
- Similar working experience in social, welfare and nursing homes
- 6-day a week, 8.30am to 5.00pm (with alternative off day on Sat/Sun)
- Good working attitude, team player and punctuality
