Location: Tuas
Responsibilities
- Assist supervisor on daily operation activities.
- Answer phones and respond to client requests and inquiries.
- Receive customers requests and take orders.
- Source spare parts and liaise with suppliers.
- Attend to any correspondence and emails by customers and suppliers.
- Create billing and invoicing for customers.
- Keep track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- File all related documents in a proper and systematic manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
No working experience are welcome to apply as long as you fulfil the following requirements:
- Minimum N level or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Can work overtime when required (mostly during month-end/year-end closing period).
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented.
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
- Singaporeans only.
