Responsibilities
. Purchasing includes request of quotation, negotiation on price, create Purchase Order, match PO with supplier invoice
. Liaise with supplier on delivery schedule
. Prepare daily delivery schedule
. Upkeep inventory list
. Project Co-ordination
. Other ad hoc admin duties
Requirements:
. Applicable to Singaporeans or PR only
. Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Procurement Studies
. Provision in MS Office and ERP/Navision Software
. Mature and able to work independently.
. 5 day work per week
