Role Description:

We are looking for a diligent and organized Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for the daytoday activities of our regulated digital investment platform. This is an entrylevel role focused on routine operational tasks, documentation, data checks, and coordination work.

This position is suitable for someone who is detailoriented, willing to learn, and interested in gaining exposure to fintech operations in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist with routine transaction settlement tasks and ensure timely processing.
  • Perform basic daily reconciliations and data checks under supervision.
  • Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal trackers to support operational monitoring.
  • Prepare simple operational summaries and assist with compiling management reports.
  • Support communication with external partners and service providers on administrative operational matters.

Documentation & RecordKeeping

  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow guides, and operational checklists.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining digital records, logs, and operational documents.

Customer & Internal Support

  • Provide administrative support for customer enquiries relating to transactions or settlements.
  • Help coordinate issue resolution with internal teams by gathering information and tracking updates.
  • Prepare email drafts, summaries, and followups for operational matters.

Product & Testing Support

  • Assist Product and Operations teams with basic tasks during new product or system updates.
  • Participate in simple system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by following test scripts and documenting results.

CrossFunctional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams on routine operational requirements.
  • Support backend workflows to ensure smooth and accurate daytoday operational activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 12 years of experience in operations, fintech, or financial services will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn basic analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and open to learning new technologies and operational processes.
  • Responsible, selfdriven, and able to manage tasks independently with guidance when needed.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with AI tools or data analysis tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Willing to work flexible hours occasionally during peak periods or product launches.
