Following the success of our Singapore editions, Boutiques will be expanding regionally with the launch of our inaugural Bangkok edition in July 2026, marking the next chapter of our growth in Southeast Asia.
Role Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Assistant to support the planning and execution of our events.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth event delivery by managing operational workflows, coordinating logistics, and supporting the team across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, contractors, venues, and partners from the early planning stages through to on-site event execution and post-event wrap-up.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced events environment.
The role is primarily remote, with on-site attendance required for meetings, site recce sessions, and during event periods.
