The Operations and Change Management (OCM) team supports all Firmwide Corporate Service departments to improve the quality of the service by streamlining and automating connected processes as well as supporting the implementation of best in class business applications such as Workday, G Suite, Salesforce, etc. The OCM team operationalizes the data strategy for the Information Solutions Board.
We are looking for candidates who are available either from Aug - Dec 25 (4 months) or for a 6-month period (flexible start date).
In This Role You Will
- Understand the business needs by assisting to analyse current processes, and supporting to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Conduct desk analysis and gather data points to support in the decision process
- Learn on different techniques to gather user feedbacks to adapt and adjust on proposed solutions
- Learn to liaise and manage stakeholders from various departments and functional teams
- Assist to create support materials (E.g. user guide/ standard operating procedures)
Eligibility
- Keen to develop themselves in the profession of process improvement and change management
- Excellent communication skills, including writing skills, and a team player
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and eager to learn
- Highly organised with effective time management
- Able to work independently and get things done within the deadline
