Administrative Support Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel bookings Prepare and organize documents, reports, and filing systems Fill up subscription forms Assist with expense claims, invoices, and payment processing
Operations Support Draft and format board resolutions and corporate documents Generate and issue invoices to clients/service providers Keep track of subscription renewals, deadlines, and compliance timelines Tag and reconcile bank statements for record-keeping and reporting Track deliverables and follow up on outstanding items Support compliance requirements including KYC/AML documentation
General Office Management Maintain office supplies and records Ensure smooth day-to-day running of office activities Provide support for internal team initiatives and events
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
1-3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles (financial services experience a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
