- Handle general administrative duties
- Data entries and simple accounting
- Preparing sale invoices and delivery orders,purchase orders etc
- Attend to phone calls
- Ensure maintenance and servicing of office equipment
- Assist with ad hoc duties/ task assigned by superior and colleagues
- Plan and coordinate job schedule for service team
- Doing quotation & purchase order for service job
- Verification of data in system and documents
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE N Level or Diploma
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Positive attitude with a flair for detailed work
- Able to work independently as well as a team and communicate with all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft office skills Excel, Word
- Customer service oriented
- Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
