Operations Analyst (Contract)

Our client is a well-established global asset management platform undergoing a significant operating model enhancement across its investment operations function. As part of this initiative, the firm is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support data, process, and migration workstreams within its Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities
. Support business and data readiness activities for the migration of operational processes to a new service provider.
. Perform detailed data analysis, cleansing, and reconciliation across transactional, market, and reference data sets.
. Partner with project and operations teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), model office, and pilot testing activities.
. Assist in designing test scenarios and validating operational workflows across trades, corporate actions, reconciliation, and reporting.
. Develop and update process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned to the future operating model.
. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve data and process gaps.
. Provide ad hoc analysis and support across the operations workstreams as required.

Experience Required
. 5+ years of investment operations, middle office, or asset servicing experience within asset management, fund services, or global markets environments.
. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and investment operations processes.
. Hands-on experience supporting data migration, data quality, or large change initiatives is advantageous.
. Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, Multifonds, SimCorp, or similar investment systems is preferred.
. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
. Effective stakeholder communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
. Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
