Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join my client's team as a Client Onboarding & Service Specialist. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to Sales, enabling client investment in offshore mutual funds. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the account opening process and ensuring a seamless investment experience. Collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and AML teams will be critical to delivering efficient and exceptional service.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact position requiring strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for client service and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for clients and Sales during onboarding. Address inquiries on fund details, account structures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Onboarding Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating across Compliance, Legal, and AML teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Process Management & Control: Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements through rigorous internal controls and quality checks. Provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • AML/KYC Coordination: Work closely with AML/KYC teams to conduct thorough due diligence on new clients, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes. Use data analysis and problem-solving skills to recommend and implement enhancements.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Convey complex information clearly and concisely across all organizational levels. Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take responsibility for assigned projects and tasks, managing competing priorities effectively to exceed client expectations.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client service or onboarding roles.
  • KYC and Asset Management experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with trading counterparty structures is an advantage.

Employment Type: Contract, 6 to 8 months, renewable
