Job Description

. Manage incoming fault calls.

. Prepare and follow up on quotations.

. Prepare and submit monthly fault call reports to customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

. Plan, schedule, coordinate the service and maintenance activities.

. Handle security clearance submissions.

. Update and maintain records of service and maintenance activities.

. Monitor and manage customer maintenance contracts, including renewals, compliance, and service deliverables.

. Attend bi-monthly or quarterly meetings and record minutes for tracking and follow-up.

. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline candidates with relevant experience in service coordination, maintenance planning, or operation administrative support are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally during client meetings when required.
  • Able to handle sensitive documentation and clearance processes with discretion and accuracy.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Training will be provided.
