Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity across teams and processes, while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operational staff.
- Monitor workflow to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Identify process improvements to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and compliance with maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, HR, quality assurance) to support company goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role (typically 2-5 years).
- Strong understanding of operational procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred).
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $3,300 - $5000
Eligibility:
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PR) preferred
- Foreigners may apply - subject to experience and eligibility for work passes
