We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operation Process Analyst to evaluate, improve, and optimize our business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing operational workflows, processes, and systems
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction or productivity improvement
- Design and implement process enhancements to support business objectives
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of improvements
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor performance
- Prepare reports, SOPs, and documentation for new and existing processes
- Support change management efforts and conduct training as needed
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in process analysis, operations, or business improvement roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
