Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Track revenue, gross profit margin, and key operational indicators
Support sales forecasting and budgeting
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure targets are achieved
Identify business gaps and propose improvement strategies
Oversee customer pricing, quotation workflow, and contract execution
Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, and delivery schedules
Optimize operating processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost
Ensure all transactions and documentation are completed accurately
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and other teams
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
Support implementation of new SOPs, policies, and systems under guidance of direct reporting supervisor
Ensure operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements
Monitor workplace safety and operational risks
Lead corrective and preventive actions when necessary
Supervise operational staff and assign responsibilities
Provide training, coaching, and performance monitoring
Assist with recruitment and manpower planning under direction of direct reporting supervisor
Support special projects and assignments instructed by the direct reporting supervisor
Handle urgent operational issues when required
QUALIFICATION:
l Keen strategic thinking and planning
l Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
l Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship
l Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
l Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
l Good organization and time management, including the ability to work well in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
l Strong analytical thinking skills
l In-depth knowledge of the industry and managerial strategies
l Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
l Experience in planning and budgeting
l Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
l Strong analytical ability
l Excellent communication skills
l Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
l Problem-solving aptitude
l BSc/BA in Business or relevant field MSc/MA is a plus
l Experience / knowledge in tyre industry is an advantage
