Core Responsibilities
1. Operations & Scheduling
- Oversee daily studio operations including lesson scheduling, room allocation, and teacher coordination
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and payment tracking
- Ensure smooth class execution and timely communication with students and parents
2. Customer Engagement & Retention
- Act as the primary contact for inquiries, trial bookings, and feedback
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to encourage loyalty and referrals
- Guide new students through onboarding and registration
3. Staff Coordination
- Manage teaching staff schedules and support their resource needs (e.g., materials, feedback)
- Conduct regular check-ins to uphold teaching quality and studio values
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new instructors as needed
4. Marketing & Growth
- Manage studio's social media presence with engaging content (e.g., student highlights, promotions)
- Organize small-scale events such as student recitals and open house sessions
- Explore outreach opportunities with schools and community groups
5. Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Handle invoicing, fee collection, and petty cash management
- Liaise with external vendors (e.g., piano tuners, print shops) and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
