EBUY is a fresh produce wholesaler providing one-stop supply solutions to the food and beverage (F&B) industry in Singapore. We support restaurants, cafes and food operators with reliable products and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including warehouse, logistics, delivery and order fulfilment

• Plan and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and service levels

• Coordinate with sales, procurement and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations

• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling and operational performance

• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety and company policies

• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for management

• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior operations role

• Experience in fresh produce, F&B, wholesale, logistics or distribution industries is an advantage

• Strong organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational functions

• Good communication and coordination skills
