Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Schedule daily installations
• Recruit and cultivate quality flooring installation contractors
• Manage warehouse operations and worker
• Manage daily installation schedule
• Process work order and labor ticket paperwork daily
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of flooring projects.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and personnel.
• Lead and supervise a team of flooring installers, technicians, and support staff.
• Manage inventory levels of flooring materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations. Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, team performance, and operational metrics
• oversees several projects, coordinating budgets, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
