Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance of the restaurants to achieve targets and KPIs including but not limited to Sales, P&L, Food Cost, QSC standard of the Company
Ensure all services standard and merchandising are meet with Company's requirement / standard and fulfill the expectation of the customers
Work closely with all functional teams to monitor / review / improve operational actions to drive business results
Coordinate in shop expansion and renovations projects to ensure smooth outlet openings
Responsible for operational analytics & reporting
Setting fulfillment targets for team members and supervise & motivate staff to achieve them
Requirements:
At least 5 years managerial experience in operations management in F&B industry
Strong business acumen with cost conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
Hands-on skill in setting up
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Operation ManagerWe offer
