Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing projects and tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely submission of supporting documents.
Track and monitor staff performance to meet service levels.
Supervise Supervisors, Team Leaders, HA (Health Attendant), and MA (Mortuary Attendant).
Act as a bridge between company management and clients.
Provide regular feedback on staff performance, discipline, and operational matters, including but not limited to monthly meetings.
Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources and manpower.
Handle escalated complaints and manage service recovery.
Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct frequent in-house training for HA & MA staff on company procedures and policies.
Provide coaching and counseling when necessary.
Ensure adherence to company regulations and standards.
Maintain discipline and enforce policies among staff.
Recruit and select suitable candidates for HA & MA roles (subject to company approval).
Work closely with HR/BEU on compensation, benefits, and salary matters.
Manage and evaluate service standards and productivity for continuous improvement.
Ensure operations comply with company guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving and service recovery expertise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Attributes:
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
