Your Mission:
Operational Execution
- Execute, stabilize, and continuously improve MediSEAT and Virtual DC regional operations
- Manage end-to-end order execution, ensuring SLA adherence and issue resolution
- Ensure accurate and timely system updates to maintain operational visibility
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Collect, validate, and manage inventory data from distributors and subsidiary offices
- Monitor stock health and proactively identify risks related to aging, excess, shortages, and obsolescence
- Drive corrective actions for purchasing, replenishment, and sell-through in collaboration with sales and supply teams
Analytical & Reporting Excellence
- Prepare and deliver monthly S&OP / IBP, forecast performance, and distributor KPI reports
- Analyze demand vs. supply gaps, forecast accuracy, and inventory risks
- Translate data into clear, actionable, and decision-ready insights for leadership
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for distributors and subsidiary offices
- Coordinate effectively with sales, demand planning, supply chain, logistics, and systems teams
- Proactively escalate risks, bottlenecks, and key decision points to ensure timely resolution
Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain SOPs, governance standards, and audit-ready documentation
- Identify process gaps and support automation and system enhancement initiatives
- Drive operational transparency, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across the region
Your Talents:
- 5-8 years of experience in regional operations, supply chain, program management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C), inventory management, and S&OP /IBP processes
- Experience working with distributors, partners, and multi-country stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, SFDC, or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong reporting/analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
