Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Singapore. The Operations Executive will be responsible for
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the marine engine services, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Managing the scheduling of engine maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Optimizing resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Interfacing with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Coordinating with clients on service scheduling, updates, and issue resolution.
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Optimizing logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations
- The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.
