Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Scheduling: Manage day-to-day operations, including order processing, delivery planning, and resource allocation.
- Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between departments, suppliers, and clients to align workflows.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate records (e.g., invoices, shipping documents) and create operational reports for management.
- Process Improvement: Analyse operational metrics to suggest efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and oversee the receipt or dispatch of goods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in logistics, administration, or operations.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Typically, a GCE O-Level
