F&B Operation Coordinator (Healthcare)

• Working Hour: 5 days a week including weekends, 8 hours a day with a staggered shift between 5am -7pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food and beverage services for in-patient meals and hospital functions
• Manage and consolidate meal orders for private patients and those on special diets
• Ensure food trolleys are properly heated and meals are delivered accurately and punctually
• Address patient feedback and complaints, and compile reports for management review

Job Requirement

• Singaporeans are welcome to apply
• MinimumGCE N-Level or O-Level qualificationwith 1 - 2 years experience in the F&B industry preferred
• DiplomainFood Science, Nutrition, or Dietary Assistingare preferred
• Proficient inMicrosoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
